What happens next

1. I read your inquiry and get back to you, usually within a day or two.
2. If it’s a project I’m the right builder for, I come see the space in person. No charge, no obligation.
3. From there, I put together a line-itemized proposal. Cost plus twenty percent, nothing hidden.
