Olmos Park

Renovations in Olmos Park.

A local builder for one of San Antonio’s most historic addresses.

Olmos Park is one of the most distinctive places to own a home in San Antonio, and one I take seriously.

The neighborhood is known for grand 1920s and 1930s homes: Spanish, Mediterranean, and Tudor revival houses on large, beautifully landscaped lots. These are houses with real architectural pedigree, and renovating one is as much about stewardship as it is about construction.

Olmos Park is its own municipality and holds its homes to a high standard, with its own permitting and review. That is exactly the kind of work I want: careful, considered, and done right. I manage the city side and stay close to every detail.

What to know

Renovating an Olmos Park home.

The homes

Grand period-revival homes with architecture worth protecting. The work is to modernize how they function while preserving what makes them landmarks.

What’s behind the walls

Homes of this era hide aging systems and past renovations of varying quality. I plan for it, and I tell you plainly what we find.

Permitting & review

Olmos Park holds its homes to a high standard and runs its own permitting. I handle that process and respect the review that comes with it.

How I work here

Honest pricing, and the builder on your phone.

Every project is priced cost plus twenty percent, line-itemized, with nothing hidden. And you work directly with me, from the first walkthrough to the last. A home like this deserves a builder who is present, and being close to home is how I stay that way.

Thinking about a renovation in Olmos Park?

Tell me about your home. If it’s in the neighborhood, I’ll come see it in person.
